Stop Going to AI. Make AI Come to You.

Press a hotkey. Capture what you're looking at. Get AI results in your clipboard—without abandoning the app you're already in. Arcata brings intelligence to your workflow, not the other way around.

Intelligence, Delivered

You work in email, terminal, browser, or editor. Arcata meets you there. Compose and voice-to-text workflows analyze images, transcribe audio, and generate results—then hand them back to you, ready to paste.

Queue & Send When Ready

Stage multiple captures—screenshot, voice note, clipboard text—then fire them as one request. AI sees your full context without you explaining twice.

Zero Detours

Hotkeys from any app. Keyboard-driven menus. Results land in your clipboard with a notification. No browser tabs. No copy-paste gymnastics. Just capture, process, paste.

One Hotkey Away

Capture from email, terminal, browser, IDE—wherever you're working. No alt-tab required.

Back in Seconds

Results return to your clipboard faster than you can switch to ChatGPT.

Sees What You See

Combine screenshots, voice instructions, and clipboard text in one request. Arcata gathers context across any app so AI understands what you're actually looking at.

Your Machine, Your Rules

Capture runs locally on your desktop. Encrypted transmission to configurable workflows. No vendor moat. No forced platform. Just secure AI assistance when you need it.

Why This Exists

I've spent an unhealthy amount of time building AI tools, pushing what these models can actually do. I started building CodeLoops to create truly autonomous coding agents because I felt the industry was getting it wrong. I still do.

I stepped away because the AI space got too noisy. Everyone thinks their agentic platform is revolutionary. AI Agents have become the new CRUD. Everyone is building the same thing. It's boring.

Big AI platforms promised to make us more productive. Instead, they made work worse—demanding we live in their apps, adding friction instead of removing it, while companies used the hype to justify layoffs and toxic 996 culture.

I just want to not copy-paste out of my app to get AI help. That's it. The bar is stupidly low. But instead of solving this, we get endless pitches for platforms that trap you inside them, making simple tasks harder, not easier.

So I built Arcata. It doesn't trap you anywhere. It brings AI to wherever you're working. Done.
